He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Seibert and Anna Mae Seibert (Schraner); his brother Howard Lee Seibert; and his granddaughter Kirstie Bayer. He is survived by: his wife Herberta "Herbie" Seibert; his children, Melissa Seibert, Vonda Bayer (Chester, Jr.), Terry Seibert (Danna Decker), Jasper and Cheryl Weatherholt (Jerry, Jr.); his sister Frances Ann Taylor (Gordon); his grandchildren, Hillary (Brooke Weatherholt), Noah (Reece Seibert), Cade Bayer and Emily Byers (Madison Bayer); his great grandchildren, Amulet, Aleks, Leon Byers, Khloe Bayer, Cameron and Owen Madden; and his sister-in-law Faye Seibert.
Due to mandates concerning Covid-19 services will be private with burial in Derby-St. Mary's Cemetery.
