She is survived by: her children, Angela K. Shuler (Pastor Mike Shuler) of Deputy, Indiana and Jeffrey Phillips (Cindy) of Madison, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Jenny Lynn Gilbert of Gratis, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brandon Shuler (Stacy), Kendra Copeland (Clint Black), Emily Ann Sarver Phillips, Amber White (John), Taiya Foga (Willie), Connor Adams and Evan Green; and her brother Claude Phillips (Sandy) of Hanover, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
