He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Taylor Campbell and Myrtle Frances Dixon Campbell; his son Joshua Curtis "Josh" Campbell; his great grandchild Adalyn Rae Theroux; his stepdaughter Tina Jo Ellis; his sisters, Joyce Ann Campbell Ison and Mahala Lorene Campbell Hinkle; and his brother-in-law Henry Hinkle.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Trenton Campbell (Jenna Vest) of Austin, Indiana and Kailee Campbell (Joshua Theroux) of Austin, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Braxton Campbell and Madison Dannheiser; his stepdaughter Misty Combs; his stepgreat-granddaughter Whitney Ellis; his sister Ollie Teltow (Terry) of Lovette, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Rev. Jerry Ison of Carrollton, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
