He is survived by: his wife Joy Ann Kiefer Killey; his children, Dennis James Foster (Carol) of Scottsburg, Melinda Milner (Scott) of Brownsburg, Allen Killey of Deputy, Jeromey Killey (Michelle) of Scottsburg, Carrie Collins (Bryan) of Deputy and Steven Hiram Foster of Deputy; his sister Marilyn Terrell of Scottsburg; his grandchildren, Johnathan Foster, Brittany Milner, Shane Milner, Matthew Killey, Destiny Killey, Ryan Killey, Dalton Killey, Amber Killey, Christian Killey, Destiny Denning, Ashlee Foster and Bree Collins; his great grandchild Madalynn "Maddie" Demaree; and his sisters-in-law, Barry Kiefer of Scottsburg, Kris Kiefer (Linda) of Deputy and Tina Kiefer of Deputy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
