He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Crider Phillips and Floyd Allen Phillips Sr.; and his siblings, Marjorie Ludwig and Floyd Allen Phillips Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Buckley Phillips of Deputy, Indiana; his daughter Traci Phillips Rowlett; his grandson Aiden Rowlett of Deputy, Indiana; and his siblings, Donald Phillips (Veronica) of Deputy, Indiana, Ronald Phillips (Silvia) of Deputy, Indiana, Robert Phillips of Deputy, Indiana and Carol "Sue" Boldery (Joey) of Deputy, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
