He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Inness Cain of Deputy, Indiana; his children, Bill Cain (Julie) of Deputy, Tom Cain (Jeannette) of Milan, Floyd Cain (Mary) of Deputy, Indiana, Joy Whitesell (Jim) of Greenwood and Patsy Smith (Ricky) of Deputy, Indiana; his grandchildren, B. J., Cuyler, Hannah, Jacob, Jana, Nicole, Ricky, Josh, Charlie, Candi, Jessica and Wesley; his great grandchildren, Mason, Myles, Levi, London, Hudson, Brantley, Barrett, Jacelyn, Charlie, Mia, Jolie, Harvey, Raelyn, Brantlee, Adilyn, Izzy, Emma, Molly, Emmett and Claire; his godchildren, Airie "Wendy" and Airika "Cindy"; and his brother-in-law Ray Scully (Marilyn) of Deputy, Indiana..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pisgah United Methodist Church (12451 W Deputy Pike Rd, Deputy, IN 47230).
