He is survived by: his children, William O. Lowe (Lucy), Larry Lowe Jr. (Penny) and Angela Bobo (Ralph); his siblings, Gerald Lowe Sr., Mickey Lowe Sr. Gary Lowe Sr. (Brenda), Randy Lowe Sr. (Denise), Karen Sue Smith (Jerry), Joyce Schrek (Richard) and Barbara Bullington (Danny); and his grandchildren, Kallen Lowe (Pharabe), Amanda Steiner (Michael), Michael Hood, Steven Alt (Jona), Jessica Johnson (DJ), Jared and Colton Purcell. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
