He is survived by: his daughter Khristina Simon (Josh Smith) of Depauw, IN; his mother Ella Mae DuBois Simon of Depauw, IN; his grandchildren, Paisley Smith, Peyton, Savannah, Shelby, Lillie and Kenneth Many; and his siblings, William B. Simon (Debbie), Edward J. Simon of Milltown, IN, Paul R. Simon (Pam) of Georgia, Nina F. McClelland of Depauw, Marie Hendrich of Depauw, IN, Annette Miller of Corydon, IN, Roberta Simon Robertson and Hawkins (Michael Bruce) of Depauw, IN. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
