She was predeceased by: her daughter Autumn Kay Bentley. She is survived by: her husband John B. Bentley; her son Jesse (Ashley); her grandchildren, Gabby, Chloe and Gracie; and her brother Chester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was a member of Charity Baptist Church in Central Barren, IN.
