He was predeceased by: his parents, Fray Peppers and Cleta Sarver Peppers; his sister Margaret Moulton; and his daughter-in-law Diane Peppers. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Howard; his children, Bill Peppers (Sue) of Star City, IN, Debbie Merrix (Terry) of Peru, Mike Peppers of Denver and Danny Peppers (Nancy) of Peru; his grandchildren, Will Peppers, Adam Peppers (Jenna), Megan Peppers, Keith Peppers, Jami Irwin (Derek), Rachel Merrix, Jon Merrix (Brittany) and Mark Merrix (Leah); and his brother-in-law Jean Moulton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mexico New Life Church or the Denver Lions Club.
