He is survived by: his father Elmer John Rogers; his fiancée Kathy Harper; his daughters, Brandi Reyes (Seth) and Jamie Rogers; his stepchildren, Jerod Harvey, Brandon Orpurt (Bree) and Reanna Lockhart (Alex); and his siblings, Richard Whitaker, Terry Sampson (Mark), Jane Mutch (Wayne) and Andrew Whitaker.
