She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Roger and Vivian Cain (Millican); and her husband Omer Glen Smith. She is survived by: her children, Merry Gaerte (John), Jeann Hudson (Stan) and Jeff Smith (Diana); her grandchildren, Ryan Hudson of Ida Grove, IA, Nicole Hudson of Huntington, IN, LeAnn Scacco (Gary), Mark Gaerte (Nikole), Brad Smith, Brent Smith (Megan) and Shelli Peden (Josh); and her brothers-in-law, Carl Smith (Annell), George Smith and Denver. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chili Cemetery Association.
