She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd E. Fisher and Garnet L. Marburger Fisher; her husband James E. Butler; and her sister Geraldine Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Deanna L. Stamper (JC), Scott E. Butler (Bridget) and Mark A. Butler (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kallie Butler (James Sager), Markie Sampson (Wyland), Levi Butler (Alivia Garrison) and Derek Butler; her great grandchild Kayson Sampson; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Miles (Russell Carrick), Smith (Kayla Slagal) and Michael Smith (Kirstie Rutledge); and her brother Norman Fisher (Kay). She is also survived by eight step great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the public is encouraged to wear facemasks at the visitation.
