She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lockie and Nellie Lockie (Shorey); her husband Dennis David Underwood; her grandson Keelan McIntire; her daughter-in-law Stacey Bryant; and her siblings, Shirley Decker, Maxine Ebel and Robert Lockie.
She is survived by: her children, Linda McIntire (Jeff), Terry Bryant and Jennifer Ireland (Kent); her grandchildren, Allyn McIntire, Candace Williams (Brandon), Korydon McIntire (Nikki), Taylor Bryant (Bethny), Hunter Bryant, Seth Ireland and Isaac Ireland; her great grandchildren, Shayne Groesbeck, Emily McIntire, Abby Groesbeck, Hailey McIntire, Dru Williams, Natalie McIntire, Karter McIntire and Blake McIntire; and her siblings, Delbert Lockie (Judy) and Sandra Burd.
