He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Maylott and Micheline Maylott. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Maylott of Denver, Indiana.; his children, Jeremy Maylott of Lafayette, Indiana. and Jasmine Maylott of Altoona, Iowa.; his stepsons, Devin McWhorter of Muncie, IN. and Dylan McWhorter of Peru, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Haylie Grimm, Arianna Badore, Kinley McWhorter, Barettson McWhorter and Everly McWhorter. He is also survived by his 5 siblings.
