He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kobs and Marcia Kobs; his wife Barbara Jean Kobs; his aunt Mary Beth Anderson; and his brother Kenneth Kobs.
He is survived by: his children, David J. Kobs (Michele), Rebecca Conger (Henry), Jessica Navarro (Edgar) and Sarah McKay; and his grandchildren, Jade Gross, Krysta Conger, Kelci McKay, Kaytlin McKay, Hannah McKay, Caleb Kobs and Grant Navarro. He is also survived by many siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Services will be posted later due to the current COVID-19 restrictions.
