He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higgins and Mary Higgins (Kovich). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Higgins; his children, J. Kelly Truman (Elizabeth) of California, Jill L. Truman of Florida and Jody Bohney (Dan) of Indiana; his nephew Jason Higgins (Danielle); and his niece Allison Higgins-Ballas (Doug). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other nieces and nephews.
