He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvin Hilton and Lucille Hilton (Stroup); and his siblings, Mary Lou, Nellie, Bud'Norvin Jr., Joyce, Pam and Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schaefer; his children, Rosco Jr. Hilton (Joan), Lisa Davis (Joe) and Scott Hilton; and his sister Linda Maze. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
