He is survived by: his wife Maureen Collum of DeMotte, IN; his sons, Richard Collum (Terry) of Lowell, IN and Brandon Collum of Litchfield, IN; his stepsons, William Casey (Laura) and James Casey; his grandchildren, Eric (Courtney), Scott and Lauren Collum; his stepgrandchildren, Kaytlin, Alexander and Shannon Casey; and his brothers, Donald and Daniel Collum.
