He is survived by: his wife Janice Flanigan; his children, Jim Flanigan, Jerry Flanigan (Pamela) and Todd Flanigan (Kris); his stepchildren, Veroneca Call (Raymone), Ronald Webster (Liz), Lisa Hilliard (Greg), Aaron Webster (Stephanie) and Rachael Cavinder (Clinton); and his siblings, Alan Flanigan (Gwin), Marge Millus (Bob), Eileen Caribine and Glen Flanigan (Kim). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM.
