She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Foster and Edna Foster (Metz); and her husband Mike Hart. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Osterhout (Mark) and Mindy Hart; her granddaughter Anna Mikaela (Maverick); and her siblings, Elinor Jo Te Vault, Phillip E. Foster (Alice), James Foster (Carol), Paul D. Foster (Donna), Merry Anne Evans (Marshall), Dallas G. Foster (Susan), Dr. Kenneth A. Foster (Ruth) and Patricia Pointer (Alan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wheatfield Elementary Library.
