He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Ankarlo and Ginger Ankarlo. He is survived by: his wife Jada Ankarlo; and his daughter Sydney Ankarlo. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to the family.
