He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Wilson and William George Oparka; and his siblings, Patt Artuso, George, Robert and William Oparka.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Oparka; his children, Dawn McIntosh, Angela Funk (Dirk Alexander) and Joseph Oparka (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Tyler McIntosh, Tori Argue (Tyson), Josh Funk (Becky), Justin Funk, Haley Graham, Kaisey Oparka-Raber, Zach Palumbo, Zoey and Corbin Oparka.
