He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Fase and Marjorie Fase (Kikkert). He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fase; his children, Danielle Kolp (Nathan) of DeMotte, IN, Josh Fase (Chandra) of Plymouth, IN, Trevor Fase (Jill Benes) of Lake Village, IN, Charlie Fase of DeMotte, IN and Todd Fase (Audrey Burgess) of Lake Village, IN; his grandchildren, Grayson, Kamden and Marshall; and his siblings, Denise Fase, Jefferey Fase (Rachel) and Kevin Fase (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
