He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Nicole Plemons (Bret) and Tish IntVeldt (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Holly (Jason), Alexis, Abby, Colin, Brooke, Matthew, Jack, Lucas, Hunter and Lindsey; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his brother Mike (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
