She is survived by: her father Bird; her husband Chad Flack; her daughter Katie Ray of Delphi; her stepdaughter Tiffany Flack; her siblings, John Ohman (Tammy) of Camden, Traci Stepp (Phil) of Monticello and Kathrin Bulington (Paul) of Buffalo; and her granddaughter Justice Flack.
