Windell of Delphi, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Samuel M. Kemp; and his grandparents, George R. Windell, Betty Lucille Webber, Walter and Mildred Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Angela D. Windell of Delphi; his daughter Payton E. Windell (Michelle Stahl) of Fishers; his son-in-law Christopher D. Bond of Chicago; his son Weston C. Windell of Delphi; his parents, Rick and Polly of Delphi; his siblings, Anji Kemp of Delphi and Robert A. Windell (Letha Tran) of San Jose; his parents-in-law, Charles and Fay Wolf of Camden; and his brother-in-law Jason Wolf (Wendy) of West Lafayette, Indiana.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
As such, the family requests contributions be made to the Delphi Oracle Athletic Boosters in lieu of flowers.
