She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Crowder and Eulala Crowder (Martin); her children, Brad Measels and Lori White; her brother Dale Crowder; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Charlotte Crowder; and her nephews, Eric Akers and Ken Spitznagle.
She is survived by: her friend Bob; her grandchildren, Rich White, Jessica Johnson (Dane) and Colton Measels; her great grandchildren, Maxwell White, Laporte and Jaycee Johnson; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Banks; her siblings, Don Crowder (Connie), Rick Crowder (Tammy) of Harrogate, TN and Deb Randolph (Bob); her nieces and nephews, Terri Flora (Gary), Tracy Pearson (Scott), Camden, Tricia Baker (Art Dumas), Courtney Pugh (Joel), Joy Pollert (Ian), Scott Akers (Tonya), Lafayette, Christian Crowder and Anthony Spitznagle (Kristina); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meagan Kelly, Taylor Anderson, Ashley Akers, Payton Flora, Harley Akers, Jeff, Quinton, Eric, Daniel and Dylan; and also Serenity.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Research in Patty's name.
