He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Welborn and Mary Foust Welborn; and his siblings, Sharon and Hal. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. LePage of Delphi; his children, Susan (Michael Firsich) and Thomas (Kelly Welborn); and his sister Linda (Steven Blake).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Delphi Methodist Church (1796 US-421, Delphi, IN 46923). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Delphi Methodist Church Prayer Garden, envelopes available at the church.
