We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 80, Judith A. Phillips of Delphi, Indiana, born in Brookston, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dale Dyer; her siblings, James, David "Fab" Dyer and Carolyn Stokes; her brother-in-law William "Bill" Rodenbarger; her daughter-in-law Patsy Phillips; and her nephew James "Michael" Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, William Phillips Jr. of Delphi, Joyce Phillips of West Lafayette and Dora Willis. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family to help defray the future cost of a headstone.
