He is survived by: his father Ted Howard; his former wife Nicole Hicks of Flora; his stepmother Joselyn Howard; his siblings, Joshua Howard, Barrett Miller and Amanda Deckard; his children, Bridon and Breely; his nieces, Sarah and Anna Howard; his aunts, Cathy Markstahler (Clyde) and Connie Bowman (John); his uncle Todd Howard (Renee); and his friends, Lisa and Dennis Hawn.
