He was predeceased by: his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Cathy L. Haines of Delphi; his children, Jeremy (Jaime Haines), Janel D. Haines of Delphi and Jeanette R. Haines of Delphi; his granddaughters, Kylie and Leah Haines; his siblings, Doug (Carmen Haines), Steve (Yvonne Haines) and Beverly (Tony Kemp); his stepmother Jumpie Haines of Cape Coral, FL; and his stepsister Sue Vollman of Marysville, TN..
