She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Taylor and Susie J. Taylor (Perry); her husband Paul E. Hakes; her great grandchild Kayden Miller; and her siblings, Marvin A., Roy Taylor, Ruby Hale, Sabina Gaskill and Rheba L. Eichhorn.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer L. Keller (Ron) of Decatur, Debra S. Schnepp (Erik) of Scotts, Peggy C. Moore (Joe) of Goshen, Indiana and David Hakes (Cindy) of New Haven, Indiana; and her brother James L. Taylor (Sharon) of Decatur, Indiana. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two grand dogs.
