She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Thatcher and Catherine Thatcher (Banning); her daughter Penelope "Penny" McCullough; and her siblings, Bonnie Sutton Ellison, Waneta Cable, Rose Johnson, Mary Dick, Elsie Beougher, Reynold, Preston, Alvin "Bub", Joseph Thatcher and Walter "Gene" Thatcher.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Vanhorn of Decatur, Indiana; her sons, Gregory "Greg" Vanhorn of Decatur, Michael "Mike" Vanhorn (Stacy) of Greenville and Brian Vanhorn of Decatur, Indiana; her sisters, Virgie Lister of Decatur, Indiana, Marjorie Hileman (Larry) of Rockford, Ohio and Darlene Marsee (Conley) of Rockford, Ohio; her siblings-in-law, Lowell Beougher of Celina, Ohio and Vivian Thatcher of Willshire, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kristen Foote (Nate), Adam McCullough, Emily Stucke (Alex), Noah Vanhorn, Kyle Blevins (Alexis) and Brice Vanhorn; and her great grandchildren, Kai Jones, Nora and Henry Stucke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
