He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Jackson Neeley and Thelma Mae Neeley (Sparks). He is survived by: his brother Mark Neeley (Debbie) of Kenton, Ohio; his fiancée Lisa Hirn of Decatur, Indiana; his nieces and nephews, Kristina Neeley, Kyle Neeley (Brooke) and Trevor Neeley; his fiancée's sons, Jeremy Hirn (Katie), Brandon Hirn (America) and Tyler Hirn (Prayer); and his friend Traxtyn. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
