He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fuhrman and Iva Fuhrman (Lett); his son Steven R. Fuhrman; and his siblings, Martha Stober, Jan Jackson, Burl and Earl Fuhrman.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette A. Fuhrman of Decatur, Indiana; his daughters, Vickie Rumschlag (Larry) of Decatur, Indiana and Julie Jones (Howard "Bub") of Decatur, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jim Geimer (Stephanie), Emily Murray, Laura Geimer (Fate Harris), Tyler Jones (Sarah) and Sam Jones (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Austin, Caidyn Geimer, Grayson, Elyana, Arya and David Jones. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.
