He was predeceased by: his father Frederick B. Rumschlag; and his sister-in-law Gina Rumschlag. He is survived by: his mother Barbara E. Rumschlag (Smith) of Decatur; and his siblings, Kathy Monroe (Mitch) of Decatur, Lynne Bell of Decatur, James Rumschlag of Jacksonville, Fla. and Kristi Frauhiger (David) of Denison, Tex.. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and eight great-nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials are to Zion Lutheran Church, Decatur.
