She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Stucky and Ruth M. Stucky (Roebuck); and her siblings, James Stucky and Ruthy Redding. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Fraley of Decatur, IN; and her children, Julie Blackburn (Todd Sloan) of Garrett, IN and John Stucky. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
