She was predeceased by: her parents, James Haslam and Madalyn "Maggie" Fell (Vargo); her siblings, Jim A. Haslam and Carol S. Perella; and her nieces, Christine Habony and Lisa Maria Haslam Pressley.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Witte of Decatur; her daughter Amy Brookman of Mishawaka, IN; her grandson Micheal Wilds of Mishawaka; and her sisters, Laura Jones (Dave) of Fort Wayne, IN and Shannon Lee (Dave) of Mishawaka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials are to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PAWS of Adams County or the donor's choice.
