He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Maines. He is survived by: his parents, Neil Turner and Barbara Turner of Fort Wayne; his son James "Alex" Turner (Amber); and his sisters, Debbie and Lisa Salway (Greg). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and so many friends.
