She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh J. Moyer and Vivian Hope Moyer (Hart); her husband Ronald L. Ballard; her son Raymond D. Ballard; and her sisters, Goldie Eix, Altie DeRoo and Edna Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Haines (Dwight) of Decatur, Indiana and Ronald Ballard (Susie) of Decatur, Indiana; her grandchildren, Grace Phan (Steven), Dr. Tiffany Ballard (Rajesh Rao), Kimberly Sue Fosnaugh (David) and Mindi Marie Matthews (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Phan, Vivienne Phan, Lakshmi Rao, Arjun Rao, Michelle Marie Fosnaugh, Alex Arthur Fosnaugh, Ava Grace Marie Matthews, William Allen Matthews and Weston Louis Matthews.
