She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Irvin and Myrtle A. Schug (Potts); her husband Ray Christman; her siblings, Paul Schug and Clara Lou Teeple; her son-in-law Steve Sheets; and her grandson Shawn Genth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Sheets of Columbia City, IN, Jaynie Genth of Decatur, IN, Sheri Mitchel (Leon) of Decatur, IN, Debbie Houk (Joel) of Decatur, IN and Julie Kukelhan (Jeff) of Decatur, IN; her brother Leonard Schug (Elaine) of Decatur, IN; and her brother-in-law James Teeple of Monroe, IN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Samaritans Purse or Tunnels to Towers.
