He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gregg R. Knittle and Dortha Knittle (Brittsan); his wife Mary (Bilderback); his children, John, Terri Haines (Dale) and Gregory Knittle (Glenda Noonan); his siblings, Carey Knittle and Rose Plumley; and also, Max Knittle and Lucille Cole. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, a step-grandchild, 11 great-grandchildren, & four step-great-grandchildren.
