Leo E. Thieme Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2024, at the age of 93, Leo E. Thieme of Decatur, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo E. Thieme to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Thieme and Emma Thieme (Selking); his wife Margie A. Fawley; his son Scott A. Thieme; and his siblings, Arnold Thieme, Alfred Thieme, Otto Thieme, Norvin Thieme, Esther Nuerge and Marlene Wilson.
He is survived by: his daughters, LeAnn S. Thieme of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Angela A. Thieme of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his sister Deloris Cheatwood of Lawrenceville, Georgia. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Union Township Lions Club.
