He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth P. Birch and Catherine A. Birch (Fisher). He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Luginbill (David) of Monroe, IN, Paula Gutierrez (John) of Paulding, OH, Marnie Shaffer (Steve) of Decatur, IN, Craig Birch of Pleasant Mills, IN and Jeff Birch of Fort Wayne, IN; and his stepmother Betty Birch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
