She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Downey and Marie Downey (Haag). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Bell of Decatur, Indiana; and her children, Christine Wright of Greer, Kimberly Terry of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Bryan Bell of Taylors. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Decatur Lighthouse Assembly of God.
