He is survived by: his children, David Cain of Decatur, Indiana, Heather Kurz (Volker) of Oakland and Heaven Mowbray (Frank Jr) of Winamac, Indiana; his siblings, Daniel Cain of Wauconda, Christopher Cain (Linda) of Boulder, Douglas Cain of Boulder, Colorado and Carolyn Howard (Glenn) of Roanoke, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Thomas Kurz, Nolan Kurz, Abryana Mowbray, Nicoleigh Mowbray and Frank Mowbray III.
His contributions to his family, community, and country will be remembered and honored.
