He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin E. Witte and Betty L. Witte (Hockemeyer); his brother Jay E. Witte; and his sister-in-law Merrylu Witte. He is survived by: his brothers, Gene E. Witte of Decatur, Indiana and Jeff M. Witte (Tonda) of Decatur, Indiana; his sister-in-law Jo E. Witte of Decatur, Indiana; his nieces, Holly Barnard (Noah) of Huntington, Indiana, Katie Fullenkamp (Heath) of Decatur, Indiana and Amy Brookman of South Bend, Indiana.; and his nephew Colton Witte (Tiffany) of Decatur, Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (11555 US Hwy 27, Decatur, IN 46733).
Preferred memorials can be given to St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund or donors' choice.
