He is survived by: his wife Ilo Kimberlin (Jean); his children, Larry Irwin (Diane) of Decatur, IN, Rick Irwin (Marybeth) of Wren, OH, Deb Gledhill (Rod) of Decatur, IN and Tammy Shoup of Decatur, IN; and his brothers, Tim Irwin (Sally) of Decatur, IN and Ronald Joe Irwin (Deb) of Craigville, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
