He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Socorro Avalos and Villereal; his wife Rebecca J. Morales (Freeland) of Decatur; his sons, Richard E. Ketron (Cathy) of Decatur and Paul D. Ketron of Ft. Wayne; and his brother Jose Avalos (Melissa) of Decatur. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
